Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers. Awehni does not store or have access to your full payment details.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.awehni@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Australia.
Yes. We offer international shipping to most countries.
Australia
• $10 AUD — Single items (journals, T-shirts, lightweight items)
• $15 AUD — Bundles and hoodies (any order containing a hoodie or multiple items)
International
• $30 AUD — Flat rate (standard international shipping)
Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–21 business days (destination dependent)
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
Because products are created in limited, intentional batches, change-of-mind returns may not always be possible.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from its description.
