In Western Australia

Many GP clinics do not routinely provide interpreters. Patients may:

Bring a trusted family member or friend
Use translation tools (e.g. Google Translate)
Ask clinicians to speak slowly or write key points

If language support is important, it is okay to ask clinics in advance what assistance is available.
